At A Knife’s Work, we pride ourselves on truly great food and service. We work closely with local farmers and growers to bring you the best seasonal meat and produce. Everything we serve is cooked by us, from scratch, just like it should be.
And as always, we have no set menus. Each and every event will receive a custom hand written menu, tailored to your tastes at no extra charge.

Appetizers
Prawn Papadum with Mango Chutney
Pan sautéed prawns chopped with lemongrass, ginger, lime, shallot and mango resting on hot papadum
Sweet and Sour Cucumber Salad
Bean sprouts, shallot, ginger and red chili simmered in sugar and vinegar syrup and served on a cucumber round with chopped cilantro
South Asian Mushroom Salad
Stock poached wild mushrooms with shallots, mint, coriander, and green onions served on a crispy wonton and garnished with smoked paprika
Entrées
Chili and lime Scented Seafood Broth
Manila clams and sea bass simmered in a ginger, shallot, and lemongrass broth then seasoned with fresh lime juice and a hint of green chili
Sweet Spice Rubbed Roast Chicken
Oven roasted chicken rubbed with cinnamon, allspice, and star anise and finished with a white wine reduction and served alongside braised cabbage and carrots
Lamb Biyrani
Homemade masala marinated lamb, braised with sweet onions and saffron rice and accompanied by a red onion and tomato salad
